ANGELA EPOLITO SPRECHER

Angela Epolito Sprecher serves as General Counsel for River Caddis Development, LLC.  Ms. Sprecher is responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to support River Caddis Development’s vast project portfolio and general business operations.  Ms. Sprecher earned a Juris Doctor cum laude from Loyola University Chicago and an undergraduate degree from the James Madison School of Public Affairs at Michigan State University.   

 

Prior to joining River Caddis Development, Ms. Sprecher was a partner at Honigman, LLP and Senior Counsel at Williamson Health Law, where she focused on corporate and regulatory matters.  Ms. Sprecher has significant experience advising clients on a full range of corporate and regulatory matters. She has represented companies from varying industries including information technology, insurance, healthcare, and real estate development.  Ms. Sprecher was twice named as a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star and was honored by Michigan Lawyers’ Weekly in 2018 for her commitment to excellence in the practice of law.  Ms. Sprecher currently serves on the Board of Directors for a free medical clinic in Lansing, Michigan and previously sat on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
