JESSICA DEBONE

Jessica DeBone is Vice Present of Development for River Caddis Development and River Caddis Communities. In her role she focuses on project management of new developments, oversees application of economic development incentives, and manages the entitlement process.

 

With a B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from a Planning Accredited Board program, Ms. DeBone understands the public and private aspects of development.

 

Prior to joining River Caddis, Ms. DeBone served in the Economic Development and Environmental Consulting field, bringing over a decade of consulting, management and leadership expertise. She has procured, managed, or overseen hundreds of millions in economic incentive procurement for private sector developments and nearly $20 million in federal grants for the public sector.

 

In addition to her role at River Caddis, Jessica is also involved in and serves on the Education Committee for the Michigan Economic Developers Association (MEDA) and is a member of the West Michigan Commercial Alliance of Realtors.
