Kevin McGraw is co-founder and CEO of River Caddis Development, LLC. Mr. McGraw has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Juris Doctor cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Mr. McGraw was a senior partner at Lansing, Michigan's largest law firm, and specialized in commercial and real estate zoning litigation, successfully representing numerous townships, municipalities, developers, and insurance companies throughout the State of Michigan. He has also handled complex commercial litigation in the state of Michigan and in other states. Mr. McGraw has been rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, which demonstrates the height of professional excellence, and the highest level of skill and integrity. In 1999, Mr. McGraw was nominated "Attorney of the Year" by Michigan's largest insurer of townships. He was also an adjunct professor at Thomas M. Cooley Law School from 1988 to 1998.
Since 1998, Mr. McGraw has been a licensed real estate broker and an accomplished real estate investor and developer. He has established, created and maintained numerous Brownfield projects, TIF districts, and has experience with dealing with several other types of economic incentives. Mr. McGraw specializes in working with local governments and communities, and constantly thrives for a "win/win".
Mr. McGraw has also been the Board Chair for the homeless shelter in Lansing Michigan since 2008 and is a member of the Sparrow Hospital Foundation Board of Directors.
