MICHAEL DRIVER

CFO

Michael C. Driver is Chief Financial Officer of River Caddis Development. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1999 before joining The Hinman Company as Controller/Director of Finance.

Michael has also consulted with other real estate firms as interim Controller/CFO. He has extensive experience in all types of project financing, including construction, permanent, and bond financing's.

Michael is responsible for the oversight of all financial functions at River Caddis, which include financial reporting, tax planning, new developments, project management and overall corporate strategy.
