TARWYN ROUSE

Tarwyn Rouse is Director of Real Estate & Operations for River Caddis Development, LLC. Ms. Rouse is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including the leasing of proprietary real estate assets and management of tenant relations.  Ms. Rouse also handles the sales, leasing, and management of Demmer Corporation’s vast industrial portfolio.  

 

Ms. Rouse's career in the real estate industry began in the early 1980s when she first held a real estate license.  Since then, Ms. Rouse has accumulated over 20 years of collective sales, marketing and management experience. Ms. Rouse spent 2 years at CBRE specializing in office sales and leasing from 2008 to 2010. Prior to CBRE, Ms. Rouse served 8 years at another Michigan-based commercial real estate development company in the capacity of Director of Sales & Leasing. Duties included servicing of proprietary inventory, including the leasing of office and retail space. Additional duties included internal management and public relations responsibilities. Prior to Ms. Rouse's commercial real estate tenure, she spent 6 years at a nationally-based placement firm as Sales Director where she was awarded "Salesperson of the Year" in 1997.  

 

Ms. Rouse is a licensed real estate salesperson and possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  Ms. Rouse was a Top 10 Power Broker Award recipient in 2014 for the West Michigan Market as Top Industrial Leasing Broker.
